Win XP Pro Startup Disks

Can someone please tell me how to create the startup floppies for XP Pro. I know you can boot off of the CD, but I can't seem to get that to work (yeah, I changed the bios to boot from cd). I thought I should try the floppies.

I have the MSDN XP version if that matters. which means it has both the home and pro versions on it. Need any other info, just let me know.

Can't you make those with the WinXP CD (winnt /b or winnt /x or similar)? You could with Win2K and NT4. Did MS change that too?
