Win XP Pro and Epox 8K7A driver question

You don`t need to install them since WinXP has native support however it`s best to have the latest drivers so you can install them if you wish, your board is a hybrid which means it uses AMD for the northbridge and VIA for the southbridge.

The correct drivers you need are VIA 4 in 1 (4.38a) but don`t install the VIA AGP driver in there but you can install the rest ,since you will be installing the AMD AGP mini-port driver instead.
Note the VIA 4 in 1 drivers are now in EXE format so you double click on it to launch install setup and you will have an option in there to not install the VIA AGP driver.

AMD AGP driver 5.33 for XP

VIA 4 in 1 drivers 4.38a

Btw your other option is to only install the AMD 5.33 AGP driver,up to you which way you do it or not all all.
