win xp pro and ati aiw radeon

Does any one know:
1. how to get tv working on xp?
2.how to use a dsl modem (telocity) with xp?
3.ntfs or fat 32 which is better?
4.can i dual boot xp pro with win 98?

my computer:

p4 1.5
ati radeon all in one wonder (old)
40 gig 7200 hd
sblive
cdrw
dvd
256 mb rdram
300 watt ps

also i had xp pro loaded, nice, but seemed to me, it takes all speciality items I.E. ...
tv tuner, launch pad,(just for example) and loads simple drivers. when i tried to
update ati drivers,i fatally hung xp pro (lol, ati).any suggestions?

mdraper@telocity.com

p.s. i know dual booting is possible, but the ways i've tried it aren't working, lol, any easier, staight forward suggestions much appreciated.

You can dual boot win98 with XP, but you cannot use NTFS. Win98 can not read NTFS. I would suggest not dual booting, because XP can do anything you need. I would also stay with the drivers that XP loaded for each device unless you have some drivers designed explicitely for XP from the manufacturer.

you say win xp can do all i need, but how can i setup dsl,or tv since launch pad doesn't work ,there is
no window to open tv into unless someone knows a way?

dsl supported thru win 98 only.my dsl provider to change in one month so maybe new dsl(quest)
may provide for winxp drivers.

dual booting is an option as i understand to allow me to use these other features microsoft politely left off support for in xp,is this correct?

dont get me wrong i love xp (two years of crashes on 98se has left its toll)

but why buy hardware
that i cant use,and since i have hardware , i would like to make use of it.
