Win XP partition

I have done a fresh install of Win XP Pro. I created a partition during the windows install of 74GB. My HD is 250 GB. I installed Windows on the 74GB partition.

Now when i go into My Computer I can only see the 74Gb and nothing else of my 250GB total.

What happened here and how can I rectify it?

Sounds like you need to format the other partition. Right click on My Computer and select "Manage". Go down to Disk Management. You should be able to see the other partition there. Right click and format it with NTFS.
