Win XP "My Pictures" folder doesnt show file name under "Filmstrip" and "thumbnail" view

i dont know since when, but I cannot see file name including folder name under "My Pictures" folder in "My Documents"

in any other folders outside of "My Pictures" i can see the file name.

what is going on?
