win xp issue

:frown: i brought a pre built pc from overclockers in the uk. they installed the os and my pc keeps saying the they own it. could anyone tell me how to change this as its anoying me. a nother thing is that most of my programmes say xp user rather than my own name. i changed it in the user accounts but programmes like norton internert security still says xp user account. i have serched everywhere but can not find it:roll: please help

This might be stupid, but did you go control panel, system, computer name, etc.?

Setting for Value Data: [Modify the Values to Reflect Current Information]
Exit Registry and Reboot
