Hey guys, problem installing XP on my gilfeirnd's comp. After a reformat, and install....when XP gets to the conversion to NTFS(or even when not converting(the win XP loading screen with the blue status Bar) The monitor looses it's signal, I suppose indicating a restart, or failure of sone sort. I just tried a new power supply, 300w Antec, But sam eproblem. Also, upon restarting the comp, one has had to (for a while now) push the power switch, comp acts like it's starting up, but nothing occurs, shut off, then turn on gain to start up. I have no clue if this is a MB, CPU, Power(though probably not), or OS issue. I'm clueless here ^_^ The system is as follows

Asus K7M
Athlon 700 slot A
128 PC133
20gig Maxtor
8 meg AGP(Diamond I think) graphics, Hollywood DRX2 decoder
S&F 8x scsi CDR
some wierd scsi adapter ^_^
5x toshiba DVD

Thanks a bunch guys! I could use the help.
