Win XP Install Freezing at Installing Devices

I just bought some new computer parts and I'm installing XP Home.

For some reason It keeps freezing up at the Installing Devices stage.

How can I fix this? I already tried disabling some unnecessary hardware via the BIOS, I've only installed the basics (no sound or tv tuner card), and I've used a PS/2 keyboard instead of my USB logitech.

I would install Vista but my university doesn't have it yet.
