Win XP - How to update drivers?

I have a GF3 Ti-500 with the ASUS 21.81a drivers that came with the card. I don't particularly think they are very good and was going to switch to the 21.85's or the newer 23.12's. I have done this on my Win98SE machine but it looks like a totally different process in WinXP. Can anyone give me the correct way to change drivers? Thanks.

It's exactly the same way as Windows 98SE:

Go to control panel -> add/remove programs and reboot. Then cancel when Windows detects the new card and either extract the drivers to a directory and point the "add hardware" wizard to them if they're zipped or simply doubleclick the installer. Then reboot and you're done.
