Win XP Home Upgrade Question

I currently have two hard drives, Win98SE on the primary and Win2K Pro on the secondary. I'm planning to replace the Win2K drive with a new one. If I bought the XP home upgrade edition, would I be able to install it on the new drive as a dual boot option (given I have the full install cd for Win98SE)? I figure this should work, but I wanted to make sure.
