Win XP Freezes on Reboot...

Win XP keeps freezing on reboots whether software install or manual reboot. The only way to get back into XP for me is to to a soft boot and then she comes right up. The system is not overclocked and works well except this freeze issue. Any ideas?

My system basics are:

Athlon XP 1600
1GB Crucial PC2100 DDR
GeForce 2 Pro 64MB DDR
SB Audigy MP3+
Plexwriter 24x CDRW & Pioneer 16x Slot Load DVD
2x IBM 60GXP HD (60GB each)
