my configuration

p4 1.8a o/c 2.4 ghz ,, fsb 133
256 mb od corsair ddr333 pc2700 cl2 1 piece
7200 rpm WD caviar hard drive 40 gb
Geforce 2 gts 32 mb pure by asus
msi 645 ultra mobo ddr333
antec true power 430 watt power supply
hp 9100 series cd writer
asus 52 x cd rom drive

Add more vcore, definitely...

Make sure the ram is set at most conservative timings for right now....Try only one stick...use cas 2.5...even just use 1:1 ratio for right now....

Also...sad but true and I have experience with the board you have and another sis645 mobo and the fact is the sis chipset is no the best overclocking chip....My msi mobo was not stable much passt 134fsb though I put same chip in an asus sis chipset mobo and got up to 140fsb....Leave that in your mind that most of the early sis chipset 645 mobos barely managed much above 136fsb.
