Win XP Device Conflicts

WinXP seems to enjoy assigning the same IRQ to my video card and my sound card. This is creating problems, such as freezing up in games, but for some reason it won't let me change the settings.

I am using an Elsa Gladiac Ultra and a Soundblaster Live 5.1. I know these devices don't use jumpers, but when I try to change the resource settings, the "use automatic settings" box is grayed out and I can't uncheck it.

I'm using a K7S5A motherboard, and the only setting I found in the CMOS was to assign an IRQ to the VGA device. I disabled that, but it has still done no good.

Any thoughts?
