Win XP, change IP location for web access

Hi,

I get sky tv on my laptop through broadband,

But when I leave the UK it complains I have a non uk IP address and wont allow access.

Any ideas on how I can get around this.

PS, sky wont allow access in the UK if your IP address is non UK in any event.
