Win XP C-media sound drivers for PC Chips M756LMRT+

Does anyone know if some Windows sound drivers exist for this board?
It has built on sound. Also a modem module add on card. Anyone know if there are drivers for that too?
Went to PC CHIPs website and they don't list that exact mobo.

Choose the PIII-3756LMRT+ Win2k drivers.

M756LMRT+ driver (Amptron motherboard)

They also list the driver for the modem addon.
