I have a friend who wants to reformat his hard drive and step back down to Windows ME. He no longer likes the bugs that are causing problems with his system. What most of them are is beyond me. However, the fact is he wants to go back, and I don't know how, seeing how Working with DOS is non-existant with XP.

If I'm not being specific enough, please reply with the details that you need, And I will get them to you.

Stepping back is simple. Take a WinME bootdisk, (or any DOS Boot Disk) and format the drive. After doing that, install ME as normal. Should be a piece of cake. Only minor hitch could be if he used NTFS. If he has no idea what this is, then he probably didn't use it. I can tell you how to handle this, if that is the case though.

Let me know.
