Win XP and Nero question.... do I need to install ASPI

Hi, I just did a search and so many people who had problem with Nero. Some people recommended to use the aspi file from Nero. Here is my question, I just installed Win XP and Nero. I use the latest one 5.5.40(I think). I didn't have any problem installing it. Actually I am erasing my cd writer and it's working so fine. So do I still need the ASPI in the Nero folder? Thanks

No, you don't. Nero has its own hardware layer controlling, it doesn't need ASPI.
