win xp and e4500 multi

Hi!

Im running my e4500 at 266x10 (2660mhz) for now. Xp under control panel/system, states E4500@2.20ghz-2930mhz. Its only seeing defult multi, why not x10 and correct speed 2660mhz?

Is this normal?
 
I allways use cpu-z. It`s showing the correct speed. I was just curious why xp is not able to do it and if you guys have the same thing.
 
Yup, I lowered my multi to 8 and fsb to 400 and Vista and XP read it as 3.6, no major worries as long as CPU-Z reads it correctly.
