Win XP and AIW Radeon 32MB

Well, I have an Abit KT7A-133 (Raid) and just installed XP but the system keeps crashing (bleu Screen of death). Once I removed one of my 256MB chip (now left with 512MB), everything works fine. It appears the drivers supplied can not handle anything above 512MB. I tried different chips, but got the same results.Changed the power supply to a 400Watts, removed everything but no luck. I didn't have this probelm with Win 2K. Any suggestions or tweaks?
The only thing I didn't removed was my Tekram Ultra 160 card. However it doesn't share the same IRQ with the Video Card.

Regardless which chip or brand. Anything over 512MB crashed...
