Win XP admin logon does not work with (cntrl - alt - del)

I have tried to switch from the Win XP pro default user logon to the admin logon by hitting the (cntrl - alt - del) but nothing happens. The admin is listed as a user in the computer management console, but not as a logon option when windows boots or when I log off. I need to install a program that requires the admin to install it. What do I do ?

...add another del! Yes, it is ctrl-alt-del-del.

I did it yesterday. Also, you can add administrator to login screen with powertoys/tweakxp.
