should i put windows xp pro 64bit on it or vista 64bit

i dont want to have problems with no driver support and so on

The only way you can know for certain is: make a list of all the hardware you own and Google "product's name Vista x64 drivers"

BTW, Vista x64 has better and more drivers available than XP x64
