Hi,
I got big problems with Win 2k and after upgrading to XP as well - any time I access my network card my system crashes to blue screen. This is what I see:

I have two network-cards installed, both are Realtek 8139 (Fast Ethernet PCI - but thats not the matter, it happens with e.g. Netgear Fastethernet PCI just as well) the one I use for connecting to ADSL-Hardware which works fine most of the time, but not always, the otherone for in-house LAN. Now, whenever I try to access Networkdrives or -printers, no matter if use a second PC which is connected via twisted pair or if I go via network-neighbourhood on the crashing system the BSOD appears. I've installed/activated Windows-Client, printer and file sharing (don't know how it's called in english, I have german Windows), Qos-paketplaner, and TCP/IP for the LAN-card, and PPPoE and TCP/IP for the card connected to ADSL.
