Win Task Mgr shows 1 CPU on Intel 930

I have a WinXP instalation where Task Manager Performance is only showing one CPU Usage History.

Device Mgr shows 2 CPU's as working properly.

If I boot to a different hard drive, TM Performance shows 2 CPU windows as expected.

Should I be concearned about the install that does not show 2 CPU windows? Any tips or Ideas?
