Win Server 2012 Essentials File Synchronization?

We're installing a network in our shop and several networks I've used has file synchronization on the workstations, so when a user logs in on other machine A or machine B they see the same files in My Documents, have the same access to network folders, Outlook is synced, etc...

Is this all possible on Windows Server 2012 Essentials??? I don't need Outlook to sync up but it'd be nice to have My Docs, Photos, network folders, etc... sync up on any machine a user logs on to in the network. I hope I don't have to spend more $$$ on buying something I only need 1 feature for.

This isn't my specialty, but this sounds like a job for using Domains, doesn't it?

yes it would require domain setup with 2012 Essentials it should have created one when you installed it.

Then you would need to added the users and the computers to the domain.

Then you can look at this for a basic guide to Folder Redirection and Roaming Profiles
