Win Over Boost

Is this program any good? It doesnt look that great (it has a very small file size), but it's listed on SnapFiles (webattack.com).
Any thoughts?

Without trying this one specifically I am still going to say for any NT based OS it is a complete pile of crap. Memory management for NT based OSes is fine the way it is and doesn't need any "help" from third party applications. Most of the time, these "helpfull" pieces of software do more to lower performance than increase it.

Judging functionality by filesize is idiotic. I agree with EeyoreX. By the way, if you consider how virtual memory works, "defragmenting" memory makes absolutely NO sense.
