Win NT 4.0 Bootup problem

Someone here installed some new audio drivers (crystal 4237B) and now their computer won't boot up!

I tried the last known good configuration as well as VGA mode, both didn't work. any ideas??

is it onboard audio or can you just pull the sound card out for now?
