Win MX and linksys router

do i have to do something with ports on my linksys router?

i'm noticed people just sit there forever and the connection never happens..


win mx settings
"listen on port 6699 for incoming tcp connections"
"listen on port 6257 for incoming udp packets"

what do i have to do on my router??
