Win ME vs. Radeon VE vs. Logitech Wingman Force3 vs. Jetfighter IV...what is the problem?

i have updated the drivers for the Radeon VE card, run the Wingman patch and the Jetfighter IV patch, and installed ActiveX 8.0a...but i still get the same error message when trying to play the game: "Jf4sim has caused an error in Jf4sim.EXE. Jf4sim will now close" it happens right after i click "random mission", so the game is loading somewhat. neither tech support (wingman or jetfighter makers) has been helpful. my only solution at this point is to upgrade to a Geforce3 card, which takes a pretty big bite out of my retirement fund. any ideas??
 
DUDE! Its Jetfighter! Trust me on this! That game has not worked right for everyone who bought it including myself. There are tons of forums regarding this POS game! Its the worst game EVER to hit the street. Its right up there (and maybe even surpassed) Battle cruiser 2000 as the most BUGGY game in history.
 
thanx, Oyeve, i had no idea. it came stock on a 'puter from Gateway and i have never played it...or loaded it. can you refer me to some forums that talk about this game?
