Hi,
I work for a company which has a Win NT domain network. I also own a portable computer with Win ME. I can log on to the domain and I can also see (and of course ping) other computers on the network. The problem arises when I try to use some network resources, like printers (they install without a problem, but when I try to print I get "an error occured during printing, the file waiting was deleted), and also some other connections (I cannot see all of the folders on the server, even though from other computers they can be seen. I also tried search, but didnt find it).
In my office there is a second computer with Win ME and same problems, and I cant even use the printer on that computer, even though I can see it and install it. Even when using shared folders on that computer, I sometimes have problems and get messages like "disk is full", and the file I was trying to copy is there and 0 bites long (I cant even delete it not from my nor from the other computer).
Is this the problem with settings or is it a Win ME bug or the computer "wizards" in my company dont know what they are doing (they already spent some 5 hours trying to make it work but didnt succeed).
Thanx for any advice.
