Win ME on Asus P3V4X

I installed Win ME on my new Asus P3V4X. I have the latest 1005 bios. Under system information\components\problem devices\ it list ACPI irq holder for pci steering and error code 22. What's it mean? There are no problems showing up in device manager,this is the second clean install,same problem before. I installed the 4in 1 drivers,no luck. Ideas?
