Win ME logon screen at startup

Can anyone tell me how to eliminate this logon screen at windows ME startup? If I remember correctly in win98 SE if you don't enter a password and click OK you don't get that window anymore. Is there a way to keep this from happening? It's driving me nuts. Thanks in advance for any help.

Make sure your primary network logon is "Windows Login"
You can find that in Network Properties
