Win ME, IE 5.5sp1 and WEB FOLDERS - how can I install it?

Hi,

I have Win ME with IE 5.5sp1. I tried to add I-DRIVE desktop, but it keeps saying that I dont have Web Folders installed. I tried installing Web Folders (control panel, add/remove programs, Internet Explorer 5.5sp1 and Interent Tools, Add a component), but there is no Web Folders to choose!!!!

Can Anybody help me?
