I broke down recently and bought Win ME. Instaled it (full install) and got everything up and running. Runs nice, but it wont do "one thing, that I want it to." I have a philips
vesta camera. When I go into Windows explorer, and try to preview the video feed from the camera, it tells me it cant do it because something else is using the audio for it.
When I checked my systems settings, everything was fine and I had no conflicts. I went through the sounds and multimedia section too and checked to make sure nothing was using my webcams mic....nothing. Can anyone think of something to try to get my webcam up and running in windows explorer? I have the latest drivers and have deinstalled and reinstalled the new and old camera drivers to no availe.
