I have dual boot, but i there is one OS that i barely use, lets say once in a week, but everytime i start the pc its takes more time due to the load of the boot menu so i want to know if there is a way to hide it and show it with a combination of keys or just a key... i google it but i didnt find anything. This exists?

Explain what OS you have installed, the order you installed them and how, and what bootloader you use.

Seeing as you are using the default windows boot menu.
go to start -> Run
type in msconfig click ok
go to boot tab
change the timeout from 30 seconds to 2 or 5 or whatever you wish
click ok
reboot

Use the BIOS boot menu instead of the Windows one.

My system loads W7 automatically since it's first on the list, but if I want to use W8.1 on my other SSD, I press F11 to go to the BIOS boot menu.

That's the best you can do. I used to have them on 2 seconds.
