6. Prize: Grand prize: One (1) winner per entry period will receive an Alienware M11x computer. The Approximate Retail Value of this prize is $1000. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during Entry Period. Limit: One (1) prize per person.

1. Eligibility: The Alienware M11x Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least fourteen (14) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Dell Marketing U.S.A. L.P., Dell Inc., and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Timing: There will 4 sweepstakes entry periods.
The first Sweepstakes period begins on Thursday January 7, 2010 at 11:00 p.m. CST and ends on Tuesday January 12, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. CST (the "First Entry Period").
The next sweepstakes period begins on Wednesday January 13, 2010 at 6:00 a.m. CST and ends on Tuesday January 19, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. CST (the “second entry period”).
The next sweepstakes period begins on Wednesday January 20, 2010 at 6:00 a.m. CST and ends on Tuesday January 26, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. CST (the “third entry period”).
The last sweepstakes period begins on Wednesday January 27, 2010 at 6:00 a.m. CST and ends on Tuesday February 2, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. CST (the “fourth entry period”).

4. How to Enter: During any single Sweepstakes Period, visit www.alienware.com/winit and follow the links and instructions to register. By agreeing to the rules, terms and conditions and providing a valid email address in the contest registration page the participant will be entered into the sweepstakes for that entry period. The user will be given a clue to help answer a question presented on the sweepstakes page but the question will not increase the chance of winning and is not required for entry. Weekly, a random drawing will be conducted and a weekly winner will be announced. Only one entry per person is permitted per entry period. Winners of a sweepstakes will not be eligible to win in any other sweepstakes period. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
