I also did a similar contest in NJ--got my money back--not enough entries. This couple wants to sell and have a huge pre-payment penalty (on mortage) so if they can generate enough entries they come out even or ahead. Hard to sell a house for MORE than it's worth as they'd need to do--this is the only legal way.

I saw this on the news a few weeks ago when I was in Philly. I think it's in Bucks or Montgomery county. The people selling it claimed that it was too big for them and they wanted to move to something smaller.
