Two months ago i built my pc and i installed win98 1st edition.Well i want to share my dsl connection with my old pc but win98 doesnt have ICS on here..my old pc has the win98SE upgrade on it..will there be any real problems by just going ahead and installing the win98SE upgrade on this new pc so i can use ICS(internet connection sharing)?

If you have a copy of Windows 98SE that belongs to you, it shouldn't matter to Bill Gates or anyone else if you install it on another machine at your home.
I'm assuming that the pc you are going to install it on meets the requirements of 98SE. I'd say go for it... You may have to however reload some drivers.
