Win 98 wont see secondary HDD

I can't get windows to see my secondary HDD. It's there at bootup, but not in Windows. any suggestions?

khtm it is formatted with the MAX BLAST diskette that came with, I am trying to copy files from another computers main hard drive on to a drive in a newly built system. I was able to copy files by making the new drive a slave in the old system, but not vice-versa. any help appreciated, as I use removable HDD alot to transfer files between house and car.
