Win 98 no disk problems

Where can i download networking neighborhood for win 98 to install on pc's. So i dont need the disk to get broadband to work.

eh.....Networking Neighborhood has no effect on broadband access. If you mean you are missing the Icon, it installs when you install a Nic and the networking portions of windows. I don't think you can download that portion, you need to use add remove programs? (unless it installs when you add a NIC). SOrry been a while since I used 98 for much.
