Hmmm, just one question. Are you sure the drivers are properly installed, or is it just using a Windows driver (I wasn't aware it had one without adding it yourself)?
Either way, try installing the latest drivers
from this site. All S3 drivers do have some adjustability of their features, but usually not for the advanced 3D options (only things like gamma and TV-Out options are in the display settings tabs - vendor modified drivers usually have 3D tweak options). For this you will need a program called
S3Tweak.
