Win 98 file sharing

I am trying to share files between win98 and win2000.

From my windows 2000 machine, I can see both computers and have access to the 98 share.

But when I am at my 98 machine, I can see the windows 2000 share, but cannot access it. I have to enter a password. Any help please?
