Win 95 over 98 SE

Can I reinstall Win 95 over 98SE?

No....there will be file version conflicts. Get rid of Win98 SE first before you reinstall WIn95.

I must agree - that is a definite no. You can't go back unless you did an upgrade to 98 and want to go back to 95 from the Add/Remove programs icon in the control panel.
