Win 95 cd autorun dosen't work, but I can open cd's manually. Seems like I fixed this once before, but can't remember how.

On other systems I've done it in device mgr by selecting the cd then properties. I can't fix it because it is not listed in the device mgr. Under my computer when I right click on it, it just has one tab..the general tab. so I can't fix it there either.
