Win 95 and Athlon

I know soneone has to know for sure if this works, have an Abit KT7/Athlon system and thinking about loading Win 95 just for the hell of it. I know there were some problems with the early Athlon/Athlon Chipsets, has this been worked out?
 
I can only say that the Athlon Classic system I had ran flawlessly with Win95. However, only 3dMark2000 didn't work.
