Win 8 vs Win 7 Bulldozer 8150

Has anyone run a Bulldozer 8150 on both the Win 7 OS and the Win 8 OS? I'm curious if the RTM version of Win 8 addresses the scheduling issue for the Bulldozer CPU?🙄
 
Virge, that's what I thought. The hotfix was originally posted, then withdrawn by MS. It appears the trail went silent after that for Win 7. With the imminent release of Win 8 and with the special pricing for upgrading to Win 8, if Win 8 handles the Bulldozer/PileDriver core better it might be worth the upgrade.

Huh? The hotfix has been up for ages. It was pulled for only a week or so.
