Win 7 Won't Log Off

I recently changed the user account on my Daughter's PC to require a password to log on. She tells me it is going to sleep but it does not log off. When she moves the mouse does not require a password to log on. I hope someone can help with this because she has young children who think they know how to use her PC.
 
Go into Power Options in Control Panel, then click the “Require a password on wakeup” on the left-hand side.Select require a password.
