Win 7 upgrade advisor report issue

After running the Windows 7 upgrade advisor, I have one issue with a yellow explanation point that concerns me. Intel PROset for wired connections version 9.20 Dell. It says that I may experience issues running this program on Windows 7.
Does anyone know what this program is and if it will cause a problem after upgrading to Win 7?
I am upgrading a Dell Dimension E510 with Windows XP to Windows 7.

see if intel released a win 7 driver for 'IntelPROset', or just update the driver to the lattest and run the update advisor again, are you using the lattest upgrade advisor ?

Dell E510 has drivers for Vista.

Which means that it should work OK with Win 7.

Given the error that you got, the worse would be that you will have to spend few $$ on another Network card.
