Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:

When a crash occurs Windows saves a Memory Dump Files with an extension .DMP, it is located at c: \windows\minidump

Download from Microsoft this application . Debugging Tools for Windows

Once installed, run and go to FILE>OPEN CRASH DUMP

Read the file it might help to know what is wrong. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/31526

Otherwise, if the BSOD is OS related, try to do this and see what it coming up with.

SFC Scan Now

First, scan your computer for Viruses and Malwares.

If it is clean, or you found some "junk" and it not working after the cleaning....

Open an elevated command prompt, type in sfc /scannow and press Enter.

It should scan the system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions.

More Information about SFC scan can be found in this document: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833

***Note, if this process shows too much mistakes and cannot correct them, you will have to reinstall Windows 7.

Good Afternoon Mr. Jack,

Thanks for the prompt response.

I got part of your instructions accomplished, including the download and install of the debugging tool from MS. However, I am unclear as how to proceed with your instruction: "Once installed, run and go to FILE>OPEN CRASH DUMP"

What debugging tool do I use to accomplish that command?

Thanks for any additional enlightenment you can offer. TheBeagle
