Saw this over at Chubby Wallet. I'm assuming it's mod assassin24's storefront. Not sure if it's against forum rules to post a link to his website. If so mods please delete the link.
Decent prices for Win 7 OS.

There are significant concerns over whether this is legal or not. We're not here to judge sites, but we do have a need to protect you guys from scams. What's being offered appears to be COA licenses ripped from OEM machines, which would not be allowed under MS's EULA, and ultimately runs the risk of having the keys deactivated. As such we're going to close this one down.

-Thanks

Decided to bite on this. Figure I can hold onto a copy if I make the jump to Haswell. Or hold onto it for whenever I need more than 16gb of ram.

Wow, what a deal. Definitely gonna grab Ultimate once some more money comes in, for $70 that's a damn good deal.

This IS illegal. You cannot sell microsoft OEM license keys like they are doing.

Only large OEM's are able to buy them, Dell, HP, etc.

They cannot be resold as they are on this site. It's definitely breaking the terms of agreement.

Shady meter through the roof on this one. Caveat Emptor.

I especially like this little part:

*Keys/COA may be branded or unbranded OEM.

So you may get a Dell, HP, Gateway, or some other branded OEM license key. You cannot resell a OEM branded COA...........
