Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

I created a toolbar for a folder, the contents of which I can drag and drop to sort to my liking. However, if there is a subfolder, the contents of that one is listed alphabetically, and I cannot sort manually.

Is there a tweak for this, or even an app? I've tried object dock, rk launcher, true bar and 7stacks.
